Once you cancel your subscription, it is irreversible and any remaining time will not be refunded.

Wolly Education's main objective is to aid the ESL community by providing downloadable, high-quality lesson plans for teachers. However, if users misuse our lesson plans, we will not be able to continue offering them for download. To prevent this misuse, we require all users to have an active subscription. With an active subscription, we can monitor user activity on the site and identify any behavior that violates our terms of service, such as sharing login details or content. Therefore, an active membership is mandatory to safeguard our content.

We want to remind our users that sharing Wolly Education content with others is strictly prohibited. The content is intended for individual use only. Nonetheless, you may share answer sheets with your students. We also want to assure our users that they can cancel their subscription at any time, without any contractual obligations. If you mistakenly cancel before your subscription term ends, we will reactivate your account happily.

Kindly refrain from distributing Wolly Education content to anyone else as it is meant for personal use only. However, you are permitted to share answer sheets with your students.

By using, you acknowledge and agree, along with anyone you are representing, to be bound by these Terms of Use. This applies whether you are a registered user or not. You are required to adhere to Wolly Education policies as outlined in these Terms of Use, as well as all other operating rules, policies, and procedures. By accessing the site, you affirm that you have the necessary legal authority to agree to and accept these Terms of Use on your own behalf and on behalf of anyone you may represent. Wolly Education retains the exclusive right to modify, amend, alter, add, or delete any terms and conditions stated in these Terms of Service, at its sole discretion and at any time. Wolly Education will strive to notify the account holder within 24 hours of any updates to the Terms of Service, via email. Your continued use of Wolly Education after such changes have been made will signify your acceptance and agreement to the modifications. However, if you disagree with the changes, we kindly request that you discontinue using the site.

Wolly Education offers English language learning materials for personal use only. The sharing of Wolly Education content is strictly prohibited, whether through online or offline means, and under no circumstances is it allowed to share such content with others.

All the content is the exclusive property of Wolly Education and is protected by copyright and other relevant intellectual property laws.

Wolly Education recognizes that upon purchasing a membership, you are able to download lesson plans from  onto your computer. By purchasing a membership, Wolly Education grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable right and license to access, read, display, download, and print a single copy of the text and images available, and make photocopies for distribution solely to your own students, for your personal and non-commercial use worldwide. You are not permitted to share content with other individuals through any means, including but not limited to online, offline, or in-person.

You are prohibited from transferring or selling your account and account designation to another party. If you register as a business entity, you must personally ensure that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Service. It is strictly prohibited to use Wolly Education to direct customers to another online selling venue for the purpose of purchasing any products. This includes posting links or URLs or providing information that would enable the customer to locate the other online site. Additionally, you may not use your account to redirect traffic to another web location.

All payment transactions, including orders, cancellations, errors, misprints, encryption, and information related to purchasing a subscription to Wolly Education, are the sole responsibility of wayforpay. While Wolly Education will make an effort to assist its members with any issues, it does not hold any liability for such matters.

When you use Wolly Education, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions and communications on the platform, including any actions that may infringe on intellectual property rights. You also agree that Wolly Education is not responsible for any of your actions or conduct on the platform, and that you will hold Wolly Education harmless from any claims or damages that may arise from your use of the platform.

To use Wolly Education, you must agree to abide by the following rules of conduct:

• You are obligated to keep your username and password confidential and are responsible for any actions that occur under your account.

• You agree to abide by all rules of conduct and are solely responsible for your behavior while using Wolly Education.

• You agree not to transmit any harmful or destructive code, such as viruses, spyware, or malware, through Wolly Education.

• You agree not to use Wolly Education for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, laws against money laundering, and tax laws. 

• You will not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 

• You will not access another user's account without their permission or attempt to compromise their account. If e.pro becomes aware of such conduct, it may immediately terminate your account and provide relevant information to law enforcement officials to aid in any investigation.

• You agree to not attempt to breach the security of Wolly Education in any way, including but not limited to:

  • You are prohibited from accessing data that is not intended for you, which includes logging into servers or accounts without authorization. You are also not allowed to attempt to breach security or authentication measures by probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the system or network without proper authorization. Additionally, you may not use any automated device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of Wolly Education or its content. You are also prohibited from taking any action that puts an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Wolly Education or any connected systems or networks. Furthermore, you may not conduct a reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user to its source, or exploit Wolly Education or its information for any purpose that reveals any information other than your own. Lastly, you may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable Wolly Education for any user, host, or network, including but not limited to, via means of denial of service attacks, overloading, flooding, mailbombing, or crashing.

  • You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of Wolly Education, including, but not limited to:

  • Disrupting network nodes or network services

  • Restricting, inhibiting, disrupting or impeding Wolly Education's ability to monitor or make it available

  • Attempting to obtain services to which you are not entitled

  • If any such activity is brought to the attention of Wolly Education, Wolly Education may take appropriate legal action and/or terminate your account.

• You are prohibited from sending emails or other content containing personal or identifying information about someone else without their explicit consent.

• You are prohibited from sending emails or other content that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, or involves a "bait and switch" tactic.

• You are not allowed to sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy, rent, lease, sell, resell, exploit, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, broadcast, distribute, disseminate, decompile, publish, transmit, translate, adapt, or vary any part of Wolly Education in any form or by any means, whether physical, electronic, or otherwise.

• You are not allowed to remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any copies of Wolly Education.

• You are not permitted to create an electronic or structured manual database by systematically downloading and storing any or all of Wolly Education.

• Your use of Wolly Education must not harm or damage the reputation or perception of Wolly Education to others who receive information from Wolly Education.

Wolly Education may provide links to external sites or resources for your convenience, but the content of those linked sites or resources is not the responsibility of Wolly Education. Wolly Education does not endorse or accept liability for any content on those external sites or resources. You access them at your own risk and may find the content to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Wolly Education will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of or reliance on any content, products, or services available on or through any external sites or resources linked from Wolly Education. Additionally, Wolly Education may contain opinions, advice, statements, and views of other users, and while we cannot endorse or guarantee the accuracy, efficacy, or veracity of any user-generated content, we will not be responsible for it.

Wolly Education is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of Wolly Education, any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and personal information, interruption or cessation of transmission, bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or errors or omissions on the website or content. You agree that any decisions you make based on information from Wolly Education are your sole responsibility. By using Wolly Education, you accept that this limitation of liability is reasonable and in accordance with the nature of the website.

You agree that if you have any disputes with Wolly Education, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the site and cancel your account. Wolly Education will not be responsible for any damages you or any third-party may suffer due to the transmission, storage, or receipt of confidential or proprietary information that you make or authorize. In no event shall Wolly Education be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Wolly Education or any product or service provided by Wolly Education. The maximum liability of Wolly Education to you or any third-party for any reason whatsoever shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees paid to Wolly Education in the 1 month period preceding the incident giving rise to liability, or (b) $10.

Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Furthermore, any advice or information obtained from Wolly Education shall not create any warranty. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to your use of Wolly Education, its products or services, the content, or these terms of use, must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises, or else it will be permanently barred.

At Wolly Education, we are committed to your satisfaction with our services. If you find that our services have not met your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds may be granted under certain conditions which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that your request meets the following criteria:

The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
The services or products have not been used or accessed extensively.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and if it is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
